Webcasting
A webcast is a media file distributed over the Internet. A webcast may either be distributed live or on demand.
There are many different ways to achieve a webcast depending on the numbers watching, when they will be watching and if there is any graphics / PowerPoint.
A typical webcast would involve a low speed internet connection to our media servers. These servers have very fast backbone connection to the internet and distribute the content to 1 - 10,000+ people simultaneously. This webcast can then be saved for people to view outside of real time.
For graphics we use custom written code to show them either as small images next to your large media stream or full screen depending on what the user wishes to view in detail.
We can offer a complete service including camera and local display, or if you prefer plug into your equipment to transmit that.
There are a lot of options so please get in contact to discuss your requirements with us so we can provide you with the best solution for your event
