This can be required for any number of reasons, from just getting an internet connection to difficult location to streaming video, artnet or Ethersound or any other standard that uses the basic networking protocol (IEEE 802.3) over long distances.

Our units vary but can send data at speeds of upto 1Gb and send data over 10Km. Near LOS is required for the long distances, but we can go through walls on the shorter jumps if required.
